Waitlist & Registration

Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee admission. No payment is required to join the waitlist. Your seat is confirmed only after ticket purchase and receipt of a registration confirmation. Tickets are $300 per attendee; attendance is limited to 100 professionals.

Program

Agenda topics, speakers, session assignments, and timing are subject to change. Individual speaker names and session assignments will be announced closer to the summit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Attendees who need to cancel their registration may request a full refund by November 26, 2026.

Cancellation requests received after November 26, 2026, are nonrefundable. Registrations may be transferred to another qualified attendee at no additional charge, provided the transfer is requested by December 8, 2026.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

If South AMP cancels the summit, all paid registrants will receive a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, attendees may retain their registration for the new date or request a full refund.

All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@southamp.com. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

South AMP reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the agenda and speaker lineup. Such changes do not, by themselves, constitute grounds for a refund.
